+ $1.10/lb butchering (hanging weight)
Pigs
$250/each flat fee
For extra large hogs, its an additional $1.25/lb on the hanging weight over 225 lbs.
Goats
$125/each flat fee
Sheep
$150/each
$30 surcharge for BIG sheep (over 70lbs)
Value Added Products
- Smoked Bacon Slab $5/lb
- Smoked Bacon Sliced $8/lb
- Fresh Sausage $7/lb bulk $8/lb in casings (please inquire about seasonal flavors)
