$225/each harvest fee
+ $1.10/lb butchering (hanging weight)

Pigs

$250/each flat fee
For extra large hogs, its an additional $1.25/lb on the hanging weight over 225 lbs.

Goats

$125/each flat fee

Sheep

$150/each
$30 surcharge for BIG sheep (over 70lbs)

Value Added Products

  • Smoked Bacon Slab $5/lb
  • Smoked Bacon Sliced $8/lb
  • Fresh Sausage $7/lb bulk $8/lb in casings (please inquire about seasonal flavors)

Mileage

$1.20/mile on the first round trip (delivery is included)
